There are 3 possible reasons. 1. You have reached your daily limit for follows. 2. You have followed all of your expired fans on that particular account. 3. OF Follower is running and it hasn't finished that search term and updated yet. OF Follower goes through every possible combination to find all your Fans. If the progress bar doesn't immediately update don't worry. As soon as the extension finishes loading and following that search term it will update.
